What's actually free?
Everything on the memory side, with no limits that matter: trips, reports, photos, the day page, your taste profile, and the manual planner with your own history beside it. Plus one full guided planning session every year — the real thing, not a trial.
What am I paying for on the concierge plan?
The guided planner: the adaptive interview, live web research curated to your taste, and day-by-day assembly. It's the one part of the product that does expensive work on your behalf, which is why it's the one part that costs money.
Does it really learn my preferences?
From your own ratings and notes, yes — and only from those. Every learned preference is shown to you in plain language, and you confirm, edit, or dismiss each one. Dismissals are permanent: it will never quietly re-suggest something you said no to.
Who can see my trips?
You. Reports have share links you control; nothing is public unless you share it. Trips or memories you mark as sensitive stay out of summaries, highlights, and any aggregate — that flag exists because some trips carry weight.
Can I get my data out?
Your trips, ratings, and words are yours. Export is on the roadmap ahead of any lock-in-shaped feature; in the meantime nothing about the data model is proprietary — it's your itineraries and your writing.
Does the planner book anything?
No. It proposes — with sources — and you decide. No auto-booking, no affiliate steering. The sense that you planned your own trip is the point.
